You will also need to include a completed COA form with each title if you are sending any stock comics to sell sale or return.

Terms: All items ordered by retailers will be purchased in advance from the publisher at a 50% discount to smallzone. Payments for items will be made one quarter (three months) after delivery, unless early payment is requested by the publisher. This will be made at smallzone's discretion. You must insure that a full invoice is included for any comics you send to smallzone. Publishers are responsible for the cost of shipping. (US members get cheap shipping via our shipping service).

Often, publishers will be given a shipping date and deadline with their order. Any items that miss this deadline are returnable if not sold. UK publishers, please allow 3 days for delivery, overseas publishers, please allow 3 weeks for shipping. It is the publishers responsibility to get your books to us before the deadline.

Additional Benefits: All benefits of Smallzone Membership are listed on the website, and are optional. (The 10% discount from smallzone purchases is automatic, so long as you include your membership number with any order, this does not apply to online purchases using Pay Pal).

If you would like to claim any of your other benefits, you need to email me at: shane@smallzone-comics-shop.com Quoting your membership number. This will be emailed to the email address you have provided or posted to your home address, once your membership has been confirmed.

You can also include a letter with this form saying which benefits you would like to claim.
