Terms: There is no initial set up charge per order. At this stage the format is 28 interior pages and cover to be able to provide such low costs. Any projects that fall outside of this please email comicsprinting@smallzone-comics-hsop.com for a quote. Pages should be submitted in EPS – JPEG - TIFF or high res print ready PDF format at least 300dpi. It is recommended for colour covers to be at least 600dpi. Ideally the pages should be submitted on CD. If you wish to email them please state this on your order form and arrangements can be made. Although no responsibility can be taken for loss or damage to files if emailed. Please include on all pages a 5mm or 10mm border for bleed and crop marks. Delivery is an extra. These costs can be arranged on ordering. On sending in your completed order form, you will receive a confirmation email from Smallzone. Orders can be placed well in advance of artwork being complete. This will help us to schedule printing and be aware of jobs to process. Please stat when you think we will be receiving the artwork on the order form. There is a typical 2 week turnaround period for all books on receipt of artwork. If any delays are foreseen the customer will be contacted straight away. On receipt of order postage prices can be emailed to the customer. If any circumstances change – shipping address etc please advise Smallzone straight away. We will look to accommodate all changes when we can. Once the book has gone to print there can be no cancellation. Once the book has gone to print an invoice will be sent to the creator. This can be paid via cheque, bank transfer or paypal (if paypal please add on 3% for handling charges). Each order will receive a PDF proof to check for look, spelling, layout etc. This must be checked and an email sent back with either; 1) amends clearly marked or detailed, or 2) with approval to go ahead. Without this email the order will not go to print. Please do ask if you want to see a printed proof. All changes must be made by the creator and the page(s) resent. If there are major changes needed. If there are a number of pages there may be an additional charge for time, but we will do our utmost to not put any additional charges in place. We will endeavour to accommodate changing circumstances and be as flexible as we can. By supplying the book for print you are providing all trademark and copyright clearances and no parties involved in the printing are responsible or liable for any actions taken as a result of improper use of characters or materials. Final payment for the completed job is required 30 days after the job has been delivered. Please look to honour this as it will allow us to continue to provide this service smoothly and effectively. Payment should be made to Smallzone either via a cheque made payable to smallzone or via paypal using the email chebbo@aol.com (Please add 3% for pay pal payments.) The new UK format is 160 mm x 245mm OR 6.20" by 9.60"
